Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you, or a person you designate, receives the goods. To exercise this right, contact support@pogashop.com or call +49 1590 5690437 with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Returning an order
Items must be returned promptly and safely packaged. Products should be complete and in their original condition, subject only to inspection reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We may delay reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been shipped. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Defective or damaged products
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, including photographs where helpful. We will assess the issue and, where required by applicable law, repair, replace, or refund the product. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Non-returnable situations
Refunds may not be available for products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. Customized or specially configured products may have different return conditions where permitted by law; we will confirm these before accepting the order.
